About the service

Tenant Claim Support helps tenants send a housing disrepair claim enquiry. Our team reviews each enquiry and, with your permission, can pass it to mark, who decides whether to take it forward.

Tenant Claim Support is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. [confirm wording with your solicitor]

No guaranteed outcome

We can’t promise that your enquiry will be accepted, that you have a claim, or that you’ll receive compensation. Any fees or compensation are explained by the solicitor if they take your matter forward.

What we ask of you

  • Give information that is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • Only upload photos you took or have the right to share, and leave out people and personal documents.
  • Only refer someone else if they’ve agreed to be contacted.
  • Don’t misuse the site, for example by sending false enquiries or trying to break its security.

Urgent repairs

This service is not an emergency response. If a repair is urgent or dangerous, report it to your landlord’s emergency repairs line straight away. If someone is in danger, call 999.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. [liability wording to be confirmed]

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
